The Memorial Tribute will take place from 12 to 12:40 p.m. to honor First Responders who fell in harm’s way in 2019. Speakers from law enforcement, fire protection and emergency medical services will take the stage. There will be an Honor Guard presentation and a ceremonial closing with Taps.
